Q: Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?
A: Due to Federal Law we are unable to accept returned prescription medications.
Q: How Do I Place An Order?
A: Once you select the product you desire you will enter our cart. By clicking on the Check Out button you will be transferred to a Secure Order Form where you will be asked to fill in your payment and delivery information. When you click on the Submit button at the bottom of the form your order will be submitted and you will get the Confirmation page where you can review your order information. At this time you will also receive an automatic email from our shop confirming the order was placed successfully.
Q: How Does An Online Consultation Work?
A: Online consultation is a new concept in health care that utilizes the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician using our secure online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam. We do not charge for online consultation.
Q: I ordered with shipping by registered mail or EMS, how do i track my order once shipped?
A: In order to trace your package log on to your country?s Postal Service website and enter your order?s tracking number. Please note that tracking information will be available only a few days prior to delivery or after a delivery attempt was made. If you are not present at the time of the delivery a collection notice will be left. Since the delivery is handled by a third party we are not liable for items lost or damaged in the transit.

Q: What am I to do if the package is damaged when I receive it or if it is missing?
A: According to our policy of 100% satisfaction guaranteed, if you have chosen an insured shipping method, we will reship your order free of extra charge. If you have chosen not to pay for the insured shipping method, we will reship your order for a small shipping and handling fee of 35$.Plesae note, we will not charge you again for the medication but only for the shipping and handling.
Q: What Are Your Shipping Rates And Policies?
A: Shipping We ship to almost every country in the world. if you are unable to select your country at the checkout phase, please contact Service. We no longer ship prescription medications to the following states within USA: Nevada and Kansas. Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped by EMS or USPS/registered airmail for an additional charge (shipping and handling). The official delivery time is 10-17 business days. From time to time there are special shipping offers. At present they are as follows: We will notify you if there is a problem with your order and you will receive a confirmation email when the pharmacy ships your medication. We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes with FED EX OR DHL. We must have an adult signature at time of delivery. Orders with P.O. Box as an address will be shipped with EMS/USPS. Please note: We can not be responsible for customs clearance and the customer will have to carry all future expenses and taxes if there will be any, in his country. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped. We do not process prescription orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped on Monday.
Q: What Happens Once I Submit My Order?
A: A licensed physician will review the information you have submitted and either approve or decline your request. If approved, the physician will write the prescription and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via one of the courier companies. Your prescription will include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication. You will also receive contact information for the pharmacist in case you have any questions after you receive your medication. After placing your order you will be able to track it`s process in real-time by logging into the help desk. Once you order is shipped, the courier tracking number, if available, will be e-mailed to you so you may track its progress through the courier company system.
Q: Why does the shape of the pill differ from that of the branded one?
A: The original manufacturer obtained a patent for this medication using their brand name for 10 years. Since then other pharmaceutical companies have been allowed to produce this medication each using their own color or shape differences (generic), although the chemical components and effects remain exactly the same.
